Please note:

the REGISTRATION FORM for G-EQUAS ist only intended for new participants. Already registered laboratories should not fill it out again!

 

For the registration of your labs in G-EQUAS please fill in the registration form, it will be submitted to our program coordinator. We will assign you a   Lab-ID number and a password to be used when ordering and transmitting results.

Please use this Lab-ID for any contact for identification of your laboratory and ensure that your contact data is always up to date.
